We ship to all 50 states in the United States and throughout Canada. International shipping beyond Canada is not currently available, but we're working to grow our reach.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order total, and selected shipping method. Canadian orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at support@growbud.io. We'll investigate and send a replacement or issue a refund.
90-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product within 90 days of receiving it, you may return it for a full refund, no questions asked.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@growbud.io to obtain a shipping label.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. This policy applies to purchases made directly from Growbud and does not apply to third-party resellers.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All Growbud products come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your Growbud product fails due to a defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@growbud.io with your order number and a description of the issue.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear is also not covered.
